Limited Warranty
All acrylic and other plastic products produced by Acrylic Design Associates are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the time of purchase.
In addition to fabricated acrylic parts, Acrylic Design Associates extends 3-year warranties on the following:
- Power supplies and dimmers
- LED light source
- LED light panel assembly
Acrylic Design, at Acrylic Design’s sole option, will either repair or replace any defective components or replace the entire fixture. In no event will Acrylic Design, whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise, be liable for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages including but not limited to, loss of profits or revenues, loss of use of products and cost of substitute products, facilities, or services, down time cost, or claims of Buyer’s customers.
This Warranty and the repair or replacement of defective products shall be the sole remedy of the Buyer, and the sole liability of Acrylic Design to the Buyer. Acrylic Design disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, not stated hereunder, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.
You must notify in writing Acrylic Design Associates of any material or workmanship defects within 12 months to the attention of:

You should notify Acrylic Design of warranty claims associated with shipping and handling damage as soon as possible. Never discard items you are making a warranty claim on.
This Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling or abuse of the product, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, nor failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed by Acrylic Design. Further, Warranty is void if product is not used for its intended use as manufactured by Acrylic Design. This Warranty also does not cover any surface discoloration or crazing of polished edges on the acrylic components due to the use of cleaning agents not specifically designed to clean acrylic. Cleaning agents that should not be used to clean acrylic include, but are not limited to, ammonia or alcohol-based cleaners. Please consult your Acrylic Design Sales Representative for a list of approved cleaning agents.
